Gabriel García Márquez

Gabriel Márquez es muy importante para la literatura de latino América. El introdujo un tipo de escritura visual del arte. También tuvo influencia en los escritores después del cambio en modo de las películas. El también fuera una persona alumbrada porque el hizo muchas cosas en Colombia a ayudarlos. El los ayudo con las políticas y con los crime.
El nombre Baltazar viene de la biblia. Es unos de los tres reyes. Esto implica que es muy wise and very Smart. It shows that since he was a follower of God that he has alot of wisdom in him to give to baby jesus.
Baltazar construje el jaula porque el senor lo pidio. Al final del cuento sabemos que el señor no lo ha pido pero que el niño lo quería. The cage was very ecentric and had alot of crazy cool stairs and it just showed how much he worked on the piece for the man.

At the beginning of the story, Ursula did not pay much attention to the cage because she wasn’t fond of it nor that her husband wanted to give it to the son. At the end of the story, Ursula saw the eccentric bird cage and demanded to buy it but of course he refused to let her buy it because it was for the little kid. Solamente hasta que Baltazar regala la jaula a Pepe empieza a darse cuenta de la importancia que la jaula tenía para muchas personasEventhough he gave the cage to the ltitle boy for free, as a gift, he told everyone else he sold it for 60 dollars. Creo que al final del cuento Baltazar le dice otra cosa a sus amigos porque realizó la importancia de su jaula y quería celebrar lo que construyo.

The themes that reoccurred in the poetry of Gabriela Mistral portrayed a lot of kiddish vibes. She was a school teacher which was acceptable for her to about things like that. Her sexuality was a huge controversy. Because of her job and how much she adored kids, there never was a man in her life which allowed for suspicion in society. She addressed the rumor in a single passage in a journal saying that it was very insulting towards her.  I don't think it matters if she is a lesbian or not. Alfonsina Storni

Alfonsina Storni was very different form the other poets that wrote in the time or era she lived in while writing her amazing poetry. She was a poet originated from Argentina. A couple things that make her very different form the other poets were the choice and wording and language she used for her poems. She also wrote a lot on feminism and her works were very detailed about her opinion. In the poem "Hombre pequeñito" the canary in the poem represents women during that time era. The women of suffrage especially and the cage metaphorically represents the ideas of those men. In my eyes it represented metaphorically a locked up scenario in which the women would be forced to do things which in this sense be placed in the cage to basically be told what to do. In the poem "Peso ancestral" I believe the tu represented the men in society who weren't appropriated to show emotion, or could've also been those in the community who weren't able to do so....

Jose Marti

José Martí era una poeta nacional de Cuba. Él era una figura importante para Cuba porque sus ideas ayudo unificar a Cuba. Martí está hablando de Cuba y que cantidad él está orgulloso a Cuba. “Nuestro América” es Cuba porque la cantidad de veces que empieza hablar de. Un problema con las universidades en Los Estados Unidos es que no hay una universidad de América. También las universidades ensenan el arte básica del gobierno. Ellos no saben nada sobre el político en que está pasando. Los jóvenes son ineducados y no querían la educación. Los jóvenes también entienden que no hay cultura fuerte en Los Estados Unidos. También querrán crear  las ideas de los políticos.
